Inside Sales Internship

About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Generating new business: Responsible for generating new leads and identifying potential customers by conducting research, cold calling, emailing, and building relationships with key decision makers
2. Managing existing accounts: Responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, including upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
3. Sales process management: Responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
4. Achieving sales targets: Required to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
5. Product knowledge: Required to have a thorough understanding of the company's products and services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers
6. Collaboration: Need to work collaboratively with other teams such as marketing and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
