Job Description:
- Infosys BPM Ltd. is seeking individuals for a Service Desk - Voice role
- Location: Pune
- Qualification: Service Desk - Full-time BCA/BTECH/MCA/BE/MSc/BSC- Computer Science
- Experience: 1-2 Years
- Strong communication skills to address client issues via calls, chat, and email
- Proficiency in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Control M) is a plus
- Experience in resolving queries related to VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active Directory
- Support knowledge of various operating systems and networking concepts
- Familiarity with productivity applications like Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in a 24*7 office environment
- Analytical problem solvers with a customer-centric approach
- Efficient problem-solving abilities and time management skills
- Respect for customer's time and proactive attitude
Must-Haves:
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts at our Pune office
- 15 years of full-time education
- Knowledge/experience in resolving technical queries using voice support
