Role Details:
Role Designation: Senior Process Executive
Job Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Education Qualification: Full-time graduation / Post graduation
Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts
Experience required: 1 to 2 years
Process: International Voice Process
We seek individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in International Voice Process. Candidates must possess a graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Strong communication skills to handle client issues over calls
- Willingness to work in 24*7 office shifts
- Ability to analyze and solve customer problems efficiently
- Quick problem-solving skills and proactive approach towards resolving customer issues
- Respect for customer's time and effective time management
- Work strictly from the office premises with no remote options
Additional Guidelines:
- Avoid bringing laptops/cameras to the venue due to security reasons
- Government ID card is mandatory for Security Clearance
