International Voice Process
We are looking for talents with 4 to 6 years of Team lead experience in international voice process. Talents should have graduation completion certificate (Degree) and mark sheets for onboarding.
Job Description:
Excellent communication skillsBasic Knowledge of Team lead KPI and KRA (Attrition, SLA, C-sat, Shrinkage)Must have exp.
to handle team not less than 10 membersOpen to work in 24*7 and work from office environmentAnalytical problem solvers who will understand issues and to resolve customer issues.
Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customer's time.
Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.
Work from Office / No Hybrid or remote work can be provided
