We are searching for individuals with 4 to 6 years of experience as Team Leaders in the international voice process domain. Candidates should have completed their graduation and possess all necessary certificates for the job.

Job Description:

  • Basic knowledge of Team Lead KPI and KRA (Attrition, SLA, C-sat, Shrinkage)
  • Experience in managing teams of minimum 10 members
  • Comfortable with 24*7 schedules and working from the office
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities to address customer issues
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Proactively respectful of customer's time
  • Effective time management to ensure valuable interactions with customers
  • This is an office-based role; no hybrid or remote work options available
