Job Description for your reference:

Role Designation: Sr. Technical Process Executive

Job Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Education Qualification: Any full-time Graduation/post-graduation

Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts

Experience required: 1 to 2 years.

Process: Technical Service Desk Voice Process

We are looking for talents with 1 to 2 years of experience in Ticketing tool/ Service Now utilizing voice skill.

Talents should have graduation completion certificate (Degree) and mark sheets for onboarding.

Job Description:

  • Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls.
  • Experience in resolving L1 and L2 issues using ticketing tools such as Service now
  • Experience of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active directory/ MS office Suite.
  • Productivity applications like Microsoft office tools.
  • Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment
  • Analytical problem solvers who will understand resolve customer issues within the timelines
  • Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
  • Being proactive and show the utmost respect for customers time.
  • Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value.
  • Work from Office / No Option for Hybrid or remote work

Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.

Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance.
