We are currently looking for candidates to join our team as a Sr. Technical Process Executive for the Technical Service Desk Voice process role in Hinjewadi, Pune.
Job Details:
- Interview Time: 10 AM to 1:00 PM
- Interview Date: 4th, 5th, and 6th June 2024
Interview Venue:
Near Wipro Circle, Infosys BPM Limited, Mantri Cosmos Building, Floor No. 10th, Financial District, Hyderabad, Telangana

Documents Required:
- Updated resume
- Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voters ID card, or Passport)
Role Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Ticketing tools/Service Now using voice skills
- Full-time Graduation/Post-graduation
- Ability to work in 24*7 rotational shifts

Responsibilities:
- Resolve client issues over calls with proficient communication skills
- Handle L1 and L2 issues using ticketing tools like Service now
- Resolve queries related to VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active directory/MS Office Suite
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools
- Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Show respect for customers' time and provide efficient solutions
- Manage time effectively to ensure all customer interactions are valuable
Additional Information:
- No laptops/cameras allowed at the venue due to security measures
- Carry original Government ID for Security Clearance
- No option for hybrid or remote work - work from office environment
