- Qualification: Full time BCA/BTECH/MCA/BE/MSc/BSC in Computer Science
- Experience: 1-2 Years
Job Description:
- Great communication skills for handling client issues via calls, chat, or email.
- Experience in using ticketing tools like Service now, Remedy, control M is a plus.
- Resolve customer queries related to VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active directory.
- Knowledge of Operating systems, networking, and cloud computing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable with a 24*7 work schedule in-office.
- Problem-solving abilities and quick thinking to assist customers efficiently.
- Show respect for customer's time and be proactive.
- Effective time management to provide value to customers.
- Requirement to be on-site.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts in Pune.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience in handling customer queries related to VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active directory is necessary.
