IT service desk

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions.

Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services.

Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self-service, and automated.

Requirements:

  • Qualification : Graduate with 15 years of formal education
  • Shift : 24*7
  • Location : Pune
  • Experience : 15 years of Experience in Service Desk
  • If experience than must have: Minimum 1 year of Service Desk Technical Support
  • Must have experience of Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker & Active Directory, internet issues, bluescreen issues.
  • Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting & VPN Installation
  • 5 days working, 2 rotational week off.
