We are looking for candidates to join our Customer Support Voice Process in Pune. Check out the details below:
- Job Location: Pune
- Qualification: Full-time Graduates in Customer Support
- Experience: 0-4 Years
Job Description:
- Need to have excellent communication skills to handle client issues via calls, chat, and email
- Should be willing to work in a 24*7 office environment
- Must be a quick problem solver and able to own and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Proactive attitude and respect for the customer's time are crucial
- Good time management to ensure every customer interaction is valuable
- Requires working from the office
Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts at the Pune office
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education
Documents to Carry:
- Updated resume
- 2 photo identity proofs (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport)
- All original educational documents (10th, 12th, Graduation)
Pointers to Note:
