Job Summary

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in lead generation and cold calling to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating high-quality leads, building relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and build sales opportunities.
  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, call notes, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, tele-calling, or B2B/B2C sales.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and handling objections effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Ability to research markets, generate leads, and maintain client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience in a specific industry (IT, BFSI, Real Estate, FMCG, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and pipeline management.
