Lead Generation Specialist - JD
We're looking for a smart, data-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can turn curiosity into conversations and outreach into opportunities.
If you love experimenting with campaigns, analyzing what works, and finding new ways to connect with potential clients - this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Build and run multi-channel lead generation campaigns across
LinkedIn, , email, and social media
.
- Research and identify potential clients who align with our agency's target sectors and services.
- Own end-to-end client outreach - from personalized messages to booking meetings (your success metric).
- Partner with our sales and marketing teams to craft outreach sequences and nurture campaigns.
- Use tools like
and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to track leads, measure engagement, and keep the pipeline clean and updated.
- Conduct
regular A/B tests
on subject lines, creatives, and messaging to boost response and conversion rates.
- Deep dive into campaign data to identify what's working and what needs to change - and iterate fast.
- Stay sharp on
market trends

competitor movements
, and
new digital channels
to refine our approach.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
in lead generation or business development.
- Must have
: Experience working in a
Digital Marketing Agency
.
- Solid understanding of
SEO, Performance Marketing, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing
.
- Hands-on experience with
and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- You're analytical, organized, and love chasing metrics - especially
booked meetings and conversion rates

- Excellent communication skills and a knack for writing outreach messages that don't sound robotic.
