Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new leads and establishing communication channels with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough research to identify potential leads, initiating contact, and guiding prospective clients through the sales funnel. Collaboration with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and achieving targets is also part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in generating new leads and adept at lead generation techniques
  • Strong skills in communication and sales to engage and convert potential clients
  • Proficiency in research methods to identify and target prospects effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
