We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can deliver serious, high-conversion leads — not just clicks or impressions. If you live and breathe sales funnels, paid campaigns, and conversion optimization, this role is for you.
Role Expectations (What We Want From You)
This is a performance-driven role. You will:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Build targeted funnels that attract Canadian homeowners and families looking for internet, TV, mobile, and security upgrades.
- Deliver exclusive, qualified leads only — no shared databases, no junk lists, no recycled contacts.
- Ensure leads meet pre-defined criteria:
- Name, phone, email, address (verified).
- Interest in internet, TV, mobile, or home security.
- Located within our serviceable regions in Canada.
- Optimize for CPL (Cost Per Lead) and conversion ratio — no vanity metrics.
- Generate daily and weekly reports with hard data (impressions, CTR, CPL, lead quality, conversion performance).
- Be accountable for minimum lead targets each week.⸻
Performance KPIs (What Success Looks Like)
- Minimum 15–20 qualified leads per week (must meet criteria above).
- Target CPL: ≤ ₹700 per lead (≈ $12 CAD).
- Lead-to-sale conversion ratio: ≥ 20%.
- Weekly reporting with transparency into ad spend, campaigns, and ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of B2C lead generation experience — telecom, SaaS, real estate, or home services preferred.
- Proven record of generating real, converting leads (must show campaign results).
- Expertise in:
- Google Ads (search, display, YouTube).
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- SEO, retargeting, and landing page optimization.
- Email/SMS funnels.
- Strong data analysis skills — must know how to calculate CPL, CTR, CAC, ROI.
- Fluent English (written & spoken). Experience in North American markets is a huge bonus.
Tools You Should Already Know
- HubSpot / Zoho CRM (or similar CRMs).
- GoHighLevel / ClickFunnels / Unbounce for funnels & landing pages.
- / LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar for tracking and optimization.
Compensation
- Base Salary: ₹50,000/month.
- Performance Bonus: Additional payout per qualified lead that converts into a customer.
- Example: ₹1,000–₹1,500 per sale closed.
- Top performers can easily cross ₹1,00,000+ monthly with bonuses.
