Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential B2B leads across global markets using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, and similar platforms.
* Filter, verify, and qualify leads based on company, industry, and target audience parameters.
* Maintain and regularly update CRM databases with accurate contact and company information.
* Perform data cleaning and enrichment to ensure high-quality, current, and duplicate-free records.
* Collaborate with internal teams to define lead criteria and optimize research processes.
* Generate periodic reports on lead quality and data accuracy.
* Stay updated with new tools and techniques in B2B data research.
Required Skills
* 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, data research, or CRM management.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar tools.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared, etc).
* Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
* High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a methodical approach to research.
* Excellent written communication and organizational skills
