Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for our AI and industrial automation solutions. The role involves researching target companies, initiating contact via calls, LinkedIn, and emails, and coordinating with the sales team to set up meetings and demos.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build lists of potential B2B leads using LinkedIn, industry databases, and web tools.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to decision-makers in manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and readiness to adopt AI or automation solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/Excel).
- Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales or technical team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine pitch materials and improve response rates.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales (preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or industrial domains).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong research and data management skills.
- Confidence in handling rejection and persistence in follow-ups.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of AI, automation, or industrial technology (preferred but not mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
