Job Summary As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads that result in sales opportunities for our sales team. You will use a variety of strategies and tools to identify and engage potential customers, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate interest and qualify leads.
Conduct in-depth research on prospects to understand their specific needs and challenges.
Use CRM software to track and manage lead activity, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging strategies to attract and convert leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, metrics, and performance to management.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
Previous experience in lead generation or sales development roles is a plus.
Curious: You possess a genuine passion for understanding client needs through insightful questioning and deep understanding.
Good Communicator: Capable of articulating ideas clearly and collaborating effectively with others.
Organized: You keep track of your tasks and stay on top of your responsibilities.
