Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This full-time role focuses on driving new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and qualifying leads, particularly in the B2B sector, leveraging their expertise in CRM Management, Cold Calling, and Business Development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in CRM Management to efficiently track and nurture prospective client relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in Cold Calling with a proven track record of successfully engaging and converting potential leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong Business Development skills to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for revenue generation (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in B2B Lead Generation with an ability to target and convert business prospects effectively.
  • Experience with Market Research to analyze and understand the market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate product benefits and engage with diverse clients.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess sales strategies and adjust approaches for optimal outcomes.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through various channels including online research and networking events.
  • Conduct outreach through cold calls and emails to prospective clients and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM database of prospective clients for long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business objectives.
  • Track and report conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase the value proposition of our products.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities for business development.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights gathered through interactions.
