Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Research & Lead Intelligence Specialist to support our sales, recruitment, and partnership development initiatives in the medical devices and diagnostics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, validating, and organizing segmented lead lists to fuel targeted outreach campaigns and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, , ZoomInfo, Rocket Reach, and industry databases to identify hospitals, diagnostic centers, distributors, potential customers, and talent pools.
- Build structured and segmented lead databases categorized by:
- Market vertical
- Region and territory (India focus, including Pune & Tier 1 cities)
- Decision-maker role/authority
- Company scale and relevance
- Perform multi-layer data verification to ensure accuracy of emails, phone numbers, titles, organizational records, and digital profiles.
- Maintain GDPR/consent-based compliance and uphold best practices for medical sector data governance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead criteria based on live project needs, product rollouts, recruitment drives, or channel partner acquisition strategies.
- Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing lead sourcing progress, data accuracy status, and coverage gaps.
- Ensure smooth handover of qualified and verified data to sales enablement, outreach, and recruitment teams for execution.
Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, , ZoomInfo, Rocket Reach, or similar prospecting and data platforms.
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for segmentation, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Understanding of segmentation logic — industry verticals, geography, decision roles, and market size.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong data validation and accuracy approach.
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and reporting abilities.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work under defined timelines and business priorities.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, IT, Market Research, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in B2B lead generation, data intelligence, or research roles.
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or recruitment-based research is preferred.
