Launched in 2018 as a subsidiary of NoBrokerIndia's first prop-tech unicorn, NoBrokerHood has quickly established itself as a market leader, managing 25,000+ societies and securing the lives of over 48 lakh families across the country. It offers interfaces for Admins, Management Committee members, Guards, and Residents, and provides services like home maintenance and property rental or sale. NoBrokerHood is the only community management app with the highest level of security compliance certifications, including Level 1 PCI-DSS, GDPR, PDPB 2019, and ISO 27001. Recently, NoBroker raised $5 million from Google to further expand NoBrokerHood.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist, located in Bengaluru. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, conducting research, and developing effective communication strategies to attract potential clients. They will also be involved in sales activities, maintaining relationships with potential leads, and ensuring a steady pipeline of sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in identifying and generating new leads
- Proficiency in lead generation and research skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop effective communication strategies
- Sales skills and experience in maintaining relationships with potential leads
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Experience in the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
