Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist (Email + LinkedIn)
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation coordinator who will manage both email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Your main objective will be to generate high-quality leads consistently to fuel our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeted at potential clients.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io to identify, research, and reach out to prospects.
- Build and maintain targeted lead lists for both FreJun.com and FreJun.ai.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement with leads.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, response rates, leads generated, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize lead generation outcomes.
Requirements

- Proven experience in email marketing and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Proficiency in using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills for emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results.
- Highly target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Objective: Your primary goal is simple: generate as many qualified leads as possible daily to support FreJun.com and FreJun.ai's growth.
