Job Description
Job Title: Lead Generator (LinkedIn & Email Marketing Specialist)
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Outreach & Marketing:
oConduct targeted prospecting and outreach using LinkedIn
oCreate and manage LinkedIn campaigns to build and engage with a relevant audience
oOptimize LinkedIn profiles and messaging sequences to improve connection and response rates
LinkedIn Ads:
oPlan, set up, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns
oTrack performance and optimize for lead conversion and ROI
Email Marketing (MailerLite):
oCreate and manage outbound email campaigns using MailerLite
oPersonalize email sequences and track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, response rate)
AI & Marketing Automation:
oImplement and manage AI-driven workflows and tools to automate outreach and follow-ups
oLeverage AI tools for lead scoring, segmentation, and personalization
Lead Generation & Management:
oIdentify, qualify, and nurture potential leads across multiple platforms
oMaintain accurate lead records using CRM and marketing tools
oCollaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of warm leads
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation via LinkedIn and email marketing
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads Manager
Strong working knowledge of MailerLite or similar email outreach tools
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.)
Proficiency in using CRMs and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Excellent written communication and personalization skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaigns
