Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Institutional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales activities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with key institutional clients, including hospitals, dental colleges, and private dental clinics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare or dental industry, with a focus on dental implants.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and approach potential institutional clients such as hospitals, dental colleges, and dental clinics.
- Promote dental implants and related products through effective marketing and sales initiatives.
- Organize promotional programs, sales presentations, and advertising campaigns to introduce and market new products.
- Strengthen brand positioning through innovative sales techniques.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, medical professionals, and decision-makers in the dental industry.
- Collaborate with opinion leaders, hospital management, and private dentists to increase product adoption.
- Provide training and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the availability of dental implant stock at hospitals, dental institutions, and clinics.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to track inventory levels and streamline product distribution.
- Develop and set sales targets for institutional sales.
- Prepare sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies for business growth.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma / M.Pharma / D.Pharma) or any related field.
(Preference for candidates with knowledge of dental surgery and implants.) - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare, dental, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Should have secured 55% or above in all academic years.
- Above 28 years.
- Strong exposure in selling to hospitals, dental colleges, and medical institutions.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Good knowledge of the dental industry and implant products.
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development.
- ₹3 - 5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and current salary)
