The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking, exemplary negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the institutional sales strategy, aligning with company objectives and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with top institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
- Build & lead the institutional sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with research and product teams to develop offerings tailored to institutional client needs.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling/cross- selling to existing clients.
