Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and enhance business growth in the institutional sector. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships with institutional clients, including Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, PMS, AIF, Pension Funds, and FIIS/FPIs. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential institutional clients through comprehensive market research, networking, and proactive outreach. Customized Solutions: Understand the investment strategies and objectives of institutional clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams, including trading and operations, to ensure seamless service execution and delivery to institutional clients. Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments that may impact institutional clients. Professional Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to institutional clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our services. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with institutional clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics such as revenue, client retention, and market share, providing regular reports to management. Ethical Standards: Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with institutional clients, adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications:

8 - 18 years of relevant experience in institutional sales and broking. Strong network and relationships within the institutional investment community. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory environments.
