We're Hiring: Customer Experience Specialist at Alive
At Alive, we're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding support and creating memorable interactions with our users.
What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer support via chat and calls.
Resolve user inquiries with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience.
Gather feedback to enhance our platform and services.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
0-1 years of experience in customer support.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Experience with chat and call support tools is a plus.
