**Job Title:** Experience Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Experience Optimization Specialist to join our team. As an Experience Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for helping clients deliver and improve the end customer experience across their digital channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Adobe Target and a thorough understanding of digital marketing principles. They will be responsible for developing reports and dashboards to meet client needs in Adobe Analytics and Target, as well as providing advice on testing protocols and practices to ensure testing needs are met.

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical expertise in Adobe Target, including hands-on use cases implementing experiences. Additionally, they should have knowledge of overall Adobe Experience Cloud solution and framework, as well as experience in leading Adobe Analytic simple implementation across Web, mobile, and apps.

The successful candidate will also have experience in creating experience activities, A/B, multi-variate testing & experimentation testing, recommendations activities & automated personalization, integration of Target with sites and Analytics tools, debug, troubleshoot, and fix configuration and integration issues.

A good understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, and data visualization tools like Workspace, Report Builder, PowerBI, and Tableau is also desired. Nice to have experience with Optimizely and Google Analytics.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
