  • Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution: Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement. Lead initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points. Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.
  • Content Management & Web Analytics: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.
  • Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement: Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes. Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.
