
Digital Customer Experience Specialist

The role involves handling customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate information regarding products/services, resolving customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction, documenting all interactions in the system as per company policies, following standard procedures and guidelines while troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written English communication skills, the ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, and prior BPO/chat support experience is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate/graduate degree in any discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions in the system as per company policies.
- Follow standard procedures and guidelines while troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution when needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written English communication is mandatory.
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior BPO/chat support experience is an added advantage.
