Customer Journey Design Specialist

As a Customer Journey Design Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experience of our clients. You will design user interfaces for responsive internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile banking applications, and web applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process and participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include breaking down design problems into actionable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Experience designing web and mobile applications
  • Expertise in User Experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum environments
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, Android design, Google's material design, and mobile-first concepts
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
