Job Title: Visual Experience Designer

A forward-thinking organization is seeking a skilled Visual Experience Designer to create captivating designs and intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer, a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects, and proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing visually appealing graphics, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral.
  • Designing websites, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces that are user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Conducting UX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mapping to inform design decisions.
  • Applying best practices in UI/UX design to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Maintaining and evolving brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
  • Ensuring design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
  • Innovating with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.
  • Working closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business objectives.
  • Presenting design concepts, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly.
  • Staying updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.

Required skills include knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles, understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing, and strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.

Success metrics will include delivery of high-quality designs and interfaces within project timelines, improved user engagement, usability scores, and conversion rates, consistent brand identity and visual storytelling across platforms, and positive stakeholder feedback and alignment of design outputs with business objectives.
