Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch service to clients via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, utilizing CRM systems to enhance productivity.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution and maintaining open communication with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences, adapting to their unique requirements.
  • Meet performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and overall quality of service, consistently exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in business and customer service principles.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service is preferred, showcasing a proven track record of success and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace are required, empowering professionals to deliver results-oriented solutions.
