Customer Service Representative Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can ensure a positive experience for our customers. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience from the first interaction to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels, resolving issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
- Order Management: Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, working to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience 1-2 years in ecommerce operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
