Customer Service Representative Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can ensure a positive experience for our customers. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and hassle-free customer experience from the first interaction to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels, resolving issues related to lost packages, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
  • Order Management: Process and manage customer orders on our website platform, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Logistics Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for shipping vendors, working to track down and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and empathetic communication with customers at all times.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience 1-2 years in ecommerce operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
