Seeking a CRM professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences in large-scale housing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries with prompt and accurate responses, resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintaining high-level customer service by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborating with sales teams for seamless support throughout the sales process.
- Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and document inquiries.
- Analyzing customer data to identify patterns and trends for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
- Contributing to the development of CRM processes and protocols.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or CRM roles, preferably in real estate or housing industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools.
- Analytical mindset for analyzing customer data and generating insights.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
