  • Handle inbound and outbound customer care calls in a professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and courteous service.

  • Process and manage customer orders via e-commerce platforms, maintaining accurate records of transactions and updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, including tracking and updating shipping details and returns/refunds as applicable.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Provide feedback to enhance customer service processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or call handling, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is essential, with knowledge of MS Office, Email, and CRM tools.
