Role Overview
We seek a skilled Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries, provide product and service information and updates
- Troubleshoot problems, maintain accurate customer records and escalate complex cases to relevant teams
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in customer support, service recovery, and ensuring customer delight
- Experience in handling customer experiences and interacting with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced education is an asset
- Background in the healthcare industry is a significant advantage
