Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

- We respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- We resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- We provide accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring clear communication across multiple platforms.
- We collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customers have a smooth experience.
- We build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions using third-party tools.
- We use strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer concerns and find solutions efficiently.
Requirements:
- We require graduation in any field.
- We need 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the E-commerce sector.
- We expect proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- We look for excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- We require strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- We prefer proficiency in using customer service software and other relevant tools.
