Introducing Company to International Prospective Customers. Maintaining Database of Export Customers & finding the Key Person Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media. Generate and Follow-up on leads generated through own efforts or elsewhere within the organization. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Contributing to the development of marketing strategies. Conducting market research on rival products. Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products. Answering client queries about product specifications and uses. Maintaining client relations. Handling complaints of the clients. Must be able to navigate across various departments and follow up on tasks. Handling end to end client projects is intrusive of the entire product life cycle. Manages and marketing activities, participates in sales and marketing events, and represents the company at various community and business development functions to promote the company and its products. Quote prices, terms and other specifications and prepare sales contracts.
