About Us:
TechMero is a fast-growing company specializing in digital solutions. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers with excellent English communication skills to join our Business Development team and help drive international sales in the USA and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate product features in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Handle client inquiries and objections confidently to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with leads effectively.
  • Research market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Freshers with strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Passion for sales and the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of cold calling, email outreach, or LinkedIn sales (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Willing to work in a night shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST) to cater to international clients.
