Job Overview
The International Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding Cremach's business in Africa and the Indian Subcontinent (Nepal, Bangladesh, Srilanka). This role requires identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international markets and project knowledge of the feed industry, including feed milling, plant setup, and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and customer needs.
· Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to adjust sales and marketing strategies.
· Develop and present business proposals and product presentations to potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and technical support, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
· Attend international trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote Cremach's products.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and import/export policies in target regions.
· Conduct regular site visits to prospective clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
· Provide technical consultation to customers on feed plant machinery, processing techniques, and efficiency improvements.
· Follow up on timely completion of project as per timeline and communication for Payment.
· Stay updated on advancements in feed milling technology and recommend suitable solutions for clients.
· Assist customers in project planning, including plant layout, equipment selection, and capacity optimization.
· Coordinate with the execution team to ensure seamless project implementation and timely delivery.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, International Business, or a related field.
· A Master's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Strong understanding of the animal feed industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
· In-depth knowledge of feed milling processes, raw material handling, and automation technologies.
· Technical expertise in feed plant machinery, including hammer mills, pellet mills, mixers, and conveyors.
· Experience in project execution, including feed plant installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to analyze market trends and formulate data-driven sales strategies.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
· Willingness to travel extensively to international locations.
Experience:
· Minimum 5-6 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the animal feed or machinery industry.
· Experience in handling B2B sales and working with distributors or direct customers in foreign markets.
· Exposure to project execution in feed industry setups, including installation and commissioning.
Technical Competencies
· Knowledge of feed milling processes and machine operations.
· Understanding of technical and project requirements for animal feed equipment.
· Ability to translate customer requirements into project specifications.
· Expertise in troubleshooting machinery-related issues for customers.
· Experience in coordinating with project teams for plant setup and commissioning.
