The HR Communication and Strategy Manager, a person will be accountable in

effectively communicating HR initiatives and policies to the entire organization. The candidate would work closely with the HR team and senior management to develop communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

The aim is to create a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with the organization's goals & objectives

Responsibilities

Communication Strategy

Developing and implementing a comprehensive communication strategy to effectively communicate HR programs, policies, and initiatives to employees. This may involve planning and executing various communication channels such as email newsletters, intranet portals, social media, town hall meetings, and employee handbooks.

Internal Communication:

Creating and managing internal communication campaigns to foster knowledge sharing, employee engagement, and a positive organizational culture. This includes effectively disseminating important HR information, organizational updates, and policy changes to ensure employees are well-informed.

Change Management:

Supporting HR initiatives and organizational changes by developing and implementing communication plans to manage potential resistance and facilitate a smooth transition for employees. This involves crafting key messages, coordinating with stakeholders, and addressing concerns or questions related to the change

Branding and Employer Value Proposition:

Collaborating with the HR team to develop the organization's employer brand and employee value proposition. This includes creating compelling content and initiatives to attract and retain top talent and building a positive reputation both internally and externally

Metrics and Analysis

Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of HR communication strategies to continuously improve messaging and engagement levels. This involves measuring key communication metrics such as employee satisfaction, readership, participation rates, and feedback to inform future communication strategies and initiatives.
