Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR & Admin Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR and administration for our company. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, learning and development, as well as office management and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with local laws and regulations
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, job offers and annual appraisals
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee insurance plans
• Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide regular reports to senior management on HR and administrative activities
Key Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in HR and administration
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & HRMS systems
