Develop JDs and Recruitment StrategiesHRBP for the Corporate OfficeTalent Development and Management.Develop and implement HR procedures that comply with labour regulationsTo work HR annual budget, Employee engagement budget, Manpower budget for the company.Set processes to ensure that we hire, develop, and retain performing employees.Responsible for updating and tracking the policy folder.Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.Responsible for contract management at the Pan India level.To work our annual manpower budget in terms of numbers and payroll costTo ensure cordial relations establishment with various stakeholdersGrievance management and conflict management Discipline management.
