Youll spearhead our external HRdepartment leading initiatives to identify attract and retaintopnotch Microsoft professionals. Your role will involvestrategizing building strong relationships and ensuring a seamlessalignment between client needs and our talentpool.
KeyResponsibilities:
Design andexecute innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the uniqueneeds of the IT industry.
Foster a collaborativeenvironment between our internal team and our clients ensuring adeep understanding of their Microsoft technologyrequirements.
Develop and implement HR policiesand procedures that attract retain and nurture top Microsofttalent.
Utilize AI tools in tandem withtraditional HR methods to streamline the hiring process andoptimize outcomes.
Serve as a strategic partneradvising on HRrelated matters and contributing to the companysgrowthtrajectory.
Requirements:
Provenexperience in HR management preferably within the IT or techrecruitment sector.
A deep understanding ofMicrosoft technologies and their relevance in modern businesslandscapes.
Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and guide a team towards sharedgoals.
Proficiency in leveraging technology andAI tools to enhance HR functions.
Exceptionalcommunication and relationshipbuildingabilities.
