Overview:The HRGeneralist plays a critical role in the human resources functioncontributing to the overall success of the organization. They areresponsible for various HR activities and functions that supportemployee engagement performance management and compliance with HRpolicies and regulations.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Lead therecruitment process by sourcing screening and selectingcandidates
  • Facilitate new employee onboardingand orientation programs
  • Manage employeerelations including conflict resolution and disciplinaryactions
  • Administer HR policies and proceduresto ensure compliance and consistency
  • Supportperformance management initiatives including goal settingperformance reviews and developmentplans
  • Provide guidance and counseling toemployees on various HR matters
  • Coordinatetraining and development programs forstaff
  • Conduct HRrelated data analysis andreporting
  • Participate in the implementation ofHR initiatives and projects
  • Ensure accurate anduptodate maintenance of employee records and HRsystems
  • Contribute to the development andimplementation of organizational policies andprocedures
  • Assist in the resolution of employeegrievances and conflicts
  • Stay informed aboutrelevant employment legislation and best HRpractices
  • Support HR and business leadership invarious HRrelated activities
  • Facilitate andcoordinate HRrelated events andcommunication
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist orsimilar role
  • Deep understanding of HRprinciples practices and regulations
  • Strongknowledge of employment legislation andrequirements
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
  • Ability to handleconfidential and sensitive information withdiscretion
  • Demonstrated problemsolving andconflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency inHRIS and MS Office applications
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracyand thoroughness
  • Experience in employeeengagement performance management and HRadministration
  • Ability to work independently aswell as part of a team
  • Certification in HR orrelated field is a plus
  • Ability to multitaskand prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Flexibility and adaptability tochanging HR needs and priorities
