Job Overview:

The Sales Assistant at Ekaanta will support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies, managing client interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to assist in driving sales and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Interaction:

Assist in responding to client inquiries, providing information about Ekaanta’s offerings, and guiding clients through the booking process.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Help prepare personalized wellness packages and proposals for potential clients.

Sales Support:

• Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.

• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that promotional materials are up-to-date and effectively support sales efforts.

• Help manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and booking details in the CRM system.

• Assist with the organization of sales events, wellness fairs, and promotional activities.

• Prepare and distribute sales reports, tracking key performance metrics.

• Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales Manager and other team members.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to support sales strategies.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to help refine Ekaanta’s offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

• Assist with any other tasks related to the sales and marketing operations at Ekaanta.


Qualifications:


• 2+ years experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the wellness or hospitality industry.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for wellness and customer service.
