Job Overview

Ready2help is seeking a Mid-Level Assistant Sales Manager for a full-time position based in Delhi, Nangloi Jat, Bahadurgarh, Rohini, and New Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management roles, with a robust skill set tailored to drive sales and team success.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Sales strategy (Mandatory skill): Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Team management (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Communication skills (Mandatory skill): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary for client interactions and team collaboration.
  • Customer relationship management: Experience in maintaining and nurturing long-term customer relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Sales forecasting: Ability to predict sales trends and accurately estimate future sales to inform strategic planning.
  • Negotiation skills: Strong negotiating abilities to close deals and handle tough discussions to benefit the organization.
  • Market analysis: Capable of analyzing market trends and competition to identify opportunities for sales enhancement.
  • Product knowledge: Thorough understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring high-performance levels are maintained consistently.
  • Manage customer accounts to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Forecast and track sales goals, refining approaches as necessary to meet targets.
  • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to inform sales strategy adjustments.
  • Deliver excellent product presentations and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare timely sales reports and communicate results to senior management for review and decision-making.
