As a Regional Head, you will be pivotal in leading and driving advertising sales initiatives for the Republic Bharat in the West region.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in broadcast and media, proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a track record of successfully generating business and revenue.
Experience Range: 10 years+
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the regional sales team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies to retain existing clients, expand their wallet share, and increase revenue.
- Increase FCT (Free Commercial Time) revenue from designated corporate accounts.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Spearheaded efforts to generate new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key advertisers and agencies, and expand the network's market presence.
- Identify untapped categories, clients, and territories in the market for potential growth.
- Drive the achievement of revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies, negotiating deals, and maximizing advertising sales opportunities.
- Ensure the implementation of pricing and sales policies that contribute to revenue optimization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience of 8 years in FCT sales within the broadcast and media industry.
- Strong network and relationships with key advertisers and agencies in the Western Market
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
