Regional Head | B2B Business


Location - Delhi & Gurgaon


Responsibilities:


  • Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets.
  • Decide and implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets and goals.
  • Managing Healthy Team of Area Managers & Wealth RMs for the entire respective Region.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive B2B sales, targeting businesses and organizations as potential partners for our brokerage services.
  • Franchise Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire Authorized Persons (APs) to expand our brokerage network, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with APs to sell third-party financial products, leveraging their networks and expertise to maximize sales and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing sub-brokers, providing support, training, and guidance to enhance their performance and foster loyalty.
  • Candidates with prior experience of handling B2B Channel (Preferred).
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies .


Experience: Overall 10+ Years (5+ Years in a people management/ Team Handling role)
