Mission of the Role: As the Partnerships Manager for our Automotive App Store, you will play a crucial role in acquiring, testing, and leveraging partnerships with third-party app developers.


Key objectives of this Role:


Strategic Alliances and Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with app developers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive app store usage and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner apps into the app store platform.


Contract Management and Negotiation:

  • Oversee the development and management of partnership contracts, ensuring compliance and successful implementation.


Market Analysis and Metrics Reporting:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential partners, staying informed about the competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to app stores and automotive applications.


Drive Growth:

  • Conduct thorough testing of partner apps to ensure compatibility, performance, and quality standards.

  • Number of New Partnerships
  • Revenue Growth from Partnerships
  • Partnership Conversion Rate
  • Retention Rate of Partnerships

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • +10 years of proven experience in partnerships or business development roles, preferably in the technology or automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of the app store ecosystem, including app acquisition, testing, and distribution processes
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts related to app development, integration, and quality assurance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a must.
  • Knowledge of Android Automotive OS and Car API and experience with Jira and Confluence is an added advantage.
